Zesty Potato Salad

2 lbs potato's (about 6 medium potatoes)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 hard cooked eggs (cut up)
1/2—2/3 cup of Grandma’s Cool & Zesty Dressing

Boil potatoes until tender, about 35 minutes, drain, cool and peal. Cut into small cubes.

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Just before serving add Cool & Zesty Dressing and mix until all potatoes are coated.
