- 2 lbs potato's (about 6 medium
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 hard cooked eggs (cut up)
- 1/2—2/3 cup of Grandma’s Cool
& Zesty Dressing
Boil potatoes until tender, about 35 minutes,
drain, cool and peal. Cut into small cubes.
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Just before
serving add Cool & Zesty Dressing and mix until
all potatoes are coated.
