- 1 Vidalia Onion
- 3 tablespoons Grandma's Cool &
Cut the top and the bottom off of the onion,
slice the onion (as if preparing wedges) approximately
2/3 of the way down. (An apple wedge cutter
works the best). Take out the core and add
Grandma's Cool & Zesty to the hole in the center.
Wrap in foil and place away from the heat on the
grill. Allow the onion to cook while preparing
the meat on the grill.
The onion can also be prepared in the microwave
or oven. Prepare as listed above and microwave
on high for 7 minutes or bake at 400 F until the onion
is tender, approximately 45 minutes.
