Cool & Zesty
Cranberry Walnut Salad
- 1 bottle of Grandma's Cool &
1 1/2 cup of walnut pieces that have been
browned lightly in 2 tablespoons of real
butter, drained on paper towels.
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups of red cabbage, finely sliced
2 cups of green cabbage, finely sliced
1 bunch of green onions, white bulb only,
- Put the cabbage, cranberries, and green
onions in a container and toss with the dressing,
cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Before serving, drain and toss in walnut
pieces. Keeps for several days when
covered and refrigerated.
