1 3-4 lb beef brisket
1 large onion, sliced
6 oz apricot preserves
7 oz of ketchup
1/2 bottle of Grandma's Cool & Zesty
Season brisket to taste with garlic powder,
salt, and pepper. Place sliced onions on bottom
of roasting pan. Place brisket on top.
Mix preserves, ketchup and Grandma's Cool & Zesty
Dressing. Pour over brisket. Cover
tightly and bake 4 hours at 350 degrees or until
brisket is tender.
